LAHA MEMBER,OSHODI ISOLO CONSTITUENCY-1, HON OGUNDIPE CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL MEN'S DAY



Member, representing  the good people of Oshodi-Isolo  constituency-1 in the state houseof Assembly, hon Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode has felicitated  with men in his constituency and in the world  on the occasion of year 2024 International  Men’s  day


The Lawmaker in a press statement  issued on Tuesday  by his media office,  which he personally  signed ,stressed that he s celebrating men's  hardwork, devotions and  commitment  to building families 



According  to him"today, I owe it a responsibility to celebrate International Men's Day in recognition of men's hard work, devotions, and the unique talent we bring to the table in family life.This occasion provides an opportunity to express appreciation for the men in our lives-fathers, brothers, sons, partners, friends, and mentors who play vital roles in shaping our families, workplaces, and communities"


Continuing "On behalf of my family and all the good people of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency-l I say Happy Men's Day to the gentlemen who stand tall with integrity, compassion, and strength. Your influence is invaluable. You are the rock in family lives"


Ogundipe  further posited  that the theme for 2024 International Men’s day is *‘Positive Male Role Models,’*, highlights the importance of fostering open conversations about men's mental health and creating supportive environments where men can thrive. The theme acts like a loud-ringing bell, trying to make the world more sensitive to the feelings and emotions of men all around the world. So, on this International Men’s Day, let’s honour the men in our lives. Our father, grandfather, brothers, male friends, mentors, boyfriends and everyone who has been in our lives, standing strong as a support system, making sure we do not stumble or fall.


Finally he said "It is important to consider the significance of Men in family  lives and the beneficial roles men play every day. Men also shape our families, communities, and cultures in a variety of ways as dad's, brothers, friends, colleagues and mentors and in view of all these we say Happy Men's Day"
