Appeal Court Verdict: Oshodi-Isolo Local Govt Chairman, Otunba Oloyede Felicitates With Governor Sanwo-Olu




"With the pronouncement from the court of Appeal yesterday, it's evident that the election of Mr. Governor was a confirmation of the trust the people of Lagos have in him, the Appeal Court has laid to rest all issues relating to the contest, it's a victory for the progressives. Congratulations Mr. Governor." 


Above were the words of the Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede while reacting to the Appeal Court's judgement that gave victory to Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State.


The council boss in a press release issued by his media office on Thursday, described the Appeal Court's victory as a mark of free and credible polls that gave the governor the electoral victory '


Otunba Oloyede stated that from the day of the contest till the day of the appeal was delivered, he had never doubted the victory of the Governor as he worked to earn the confidence and admiration of the people of Lagos State.


According to him, "I congratulate our progressive governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu on his victory at the court of Appeal. No doubt, this is well deserved as he worked assiduously to ensure victory."


With the judgement, the Oshodi-Isolo chairman yet again called on the duo of PDP and Labour party gubernatorial candidates to join hands with the governor in taking Lagos to an enviable height.
