A New Chapter in School Nutrition Begins on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

The Renewed Hope National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP), under the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA), under Federal Ministry of Humanitarian and Poverty Reduction in partnership with the Lagos State Government and Conference 57, will officially launch the Adopt A School for Snacks 4 Thought – PBAT FEEDS! initiative and unveil its innovative Digital Dashboard.

The programme will provide nutritious snacks to 30,000 public primary school pupils across selected schools in the 57 Local Government Areas and LCDAs of Lagos State, reinforcing our shared commitment to improving child nutrition, supporting learning outcomes, and investing in Nigeria’s future.

Programme Schedule

Tuesday, June 30, 2026

* 10:00 AM: Official Launch Ceremony at Lagos Island East Local Government
* Simultaneous Official Launch and commencement of snack distribution across participating schools in all 57 LGAs and LCDAs.

Wednesday, July 1 – Friday, July 3, 2026

* 8:00 AM daily: Continued school feeding across participating schools statewide.

Friday, July 3, 2026

* 10:00 AM: Closing Ceremony at Ibeju-Lekki Local Government.

The PBAT FEEDS Digital Dashboard also goes live on June 30, introducing a transparent, technology-driven platform that connects sponsors directly with public primary schools while providing real-time monitoring, accountability, and impact tracking.

The platform empowers corporate organisations, development partners, philanthropists, alumni associations, community groups, faith-based organisations, and individuals to Adopt a School and make a direct investment in the health, education, and future of Nigeria’s children.

This is more than a feeding programme—it is a movement that brings together government, the private sector, development partners, and communities to ensure that no child learns on an empty stomach.
